r a jakobson is a sometime critic of the universe, technology, and/or whatever happens to be moving slowly enough to irritate him that day.  he lives in the pacific northwest, and has worked in software design and development roles for 15 years. currently he’s working on projects as a program manager for Microsoft, but has worked in development, design, and project management for IBM, Sun, AT&T.   in previous lives before that he’s worked in film & radio, construction, oil & gas, security, and … the ever popular fast food business.
